- We typically have clients pay for shipping back to us, but then we ship the replacement at no cost to you.
- You may purchase a label using our system, or bring the package to the carrier of your choice and purchase a label there.
- Just so you know, we cannot accept items that have been worn or damaged. The item(s) must be unused and still have tags.
- Once your return is received at our offices, each item is thoroughly inspected. This process usually takes about 3-5 business days.
