Return Policy

In the 45 days following your purchase, you can exchange or return your ChicknLegs product for a refund or store credit.
You can visit ourExchanges + Returns page to log your return. You will need the order number and email address used to complete the order.
If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, but we may be able to offer you an exchange.
For exchanges and refunds, the item must be unused and still have its tags. Each item is thoroughly inspected upon arrival at our offices.
To complete your return, we reserve the right to require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
