Refunds

Once your return is received at our offices, each item is thoroughly inspected. This process usually takes about 3-5 business days.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Our system issues the refund within 1-2 business days. It may take an additional 10 days to post to your account, depending on your bank.
If your return does not pass inspection, a member of our team will reach out to you via email and will notify you of the rejection of your refund. We will work with you to find an alternative solution based on our returns policy.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
